Paola Valencia has over 10 years of experience in the energy management, manufacturing, and retail industries with a focus on Pricing, marketing, commercial excellence and change management.
She holds a doble Master in corporate finance and business administration from Montpellier business school (France) and ICESI university (Colombia) correspondingly. 
Currently, she is the Pricing Vice president for Europe at Schneider electric based in Paris, where she is leading a strong commercial policy simplification and digital transformation. She also had multiple pricing experiences at Global, Business unit and country level. She is fluent in English, French and Spanish and Certified as Professional Pricing (CPP).

Imerys has implemented successfully a Price Implementation Program which has delivered €700m price effect in 2022 thanks high performing sales director coaching program, pricing win rooms and campaigns of value pricing-based sales incentives, digitized in Salesforce.

In her previous role at Nexeo Plastics, a global distributor, Sandra played a pivotal role as the Marketing & Pricing Director and EMEA Management Board team. She successfully implemented a pricing software system across European organizations, covering price guidance, setting, quotation, governance, and complex formulas.

Her commitment to sustainability extends beyond products to permeate every facet of operations with an ESG approach that is integral to the business. Martin commenced his professional career in the airline Industry as a Yield Controller in the late 80’s. He has worked for Air Products for over 30 years. Initially in joined the company in finance then various commercial roles before starting up their Pricing Function in Europe. With more than 20 years leadership pricing experience he has been responsible for introducing and driving the concepts of Pricing and Margin Enhancement within the Business. Martin has challenged his organization in adopting the Pricing principles and concepts by delivering significant benefits to both the top and bottom line. Using the “Pricing Pillars” strategy and embedding both in-house and purchased pricing software he has incorporated Pricing Analytics, Price management and Deal Management into a strategic asset of the company.
