Dr. Fabian Uhrich is Partner and Associate Director at the Boston Consulting Group specialized on Pricing. He holds a PhD in Pricing and is resident guest lecturer for pricing at ETH Zurich. He is consulting leading B&M, eCom, multi-channel and D2C retailers across Europe—from consumer electronics to bikes or furniture. Between 2014 and 2018 he was heading the pricing and online marketing departments at zooplus, Europe’s largest online retailer for pet supplies with around €1.5Bn annual revenues under his pricing regime.

Martin Fuehner

Martin Fuehner leads Pricing at Wolt Market, one of the largest quick commerce players in Europe. Wolt Market offers supermarket deliveries in under 30 minutes across 20 different countries and - like all of Wolt - is owned by US-based tech company DoorDash. Martin is an experienced e-commerce manager with deep expertise in Pricing, Product Management and Category Management. In his career, he held multiple commercial and pricing leadership roles at Amazon Germany before joining Wolt Market to lead Pricing & Promotions globally in 2022. Martin holds a Master’s degree in Management from the University of Mannheim.

Sabine Borsari is an accomplished Controlling and Pricing expert from Switzerland currently overlooking the Global Pricing team at Swarovski. Among her key achievements in pricing is the optimization and spearheading of the Swarovski global Pricing framework, including portfolio pricing and country price strategy in accordance with brand positioning, net sales, and margin targets for all product categories. Also, she established and deployed a new Pricing & Discount Strategy in line with the new "attainable luxury" brand positioning. Sabine was listed as one of the top 99 worldwide pricing thought leaders on LinkedIn in 2023.

Anıl Araslı is the Senior Revenue Growth and Data Analytics Manager of Sephora Germany, Switzerland, Denmark and Sweden. Anıl has over thirteen years of experience in retail and has experienced various roles such as Store Management, Category Management, Key Account Management, Process Management, Business Analytics and Revenue Growth Management at a multi-national scope. He is a graduate of the Bilkent University and obtained his Master’s degree in International Business & Logistics at the HAW Hamburg. Currently he is actively involved in automation projects for RGM Management on a global scope.

Passionate about the luxury and beauty sector, Thomas excels at transforming data into business decisions within an international environment.

My professional journey began at Nielsen, where I worked in various roles ranging from account management and sales to overseeing the implementation of new software and streamlining processes using six sigma methodologies. After spending 15 years at Nielsen, I decided to pursue a new opportunity and joined MallGroup, an e-commerce business operating in the CEE region. In my role there, I led the development and implementation of dynamic pricing strategies, as well as spearheaded the establishment of a robust supply chain by launching S&OP and automating replenishment processes. Currently, at DODO - a same-day delivery service provider operating in the CEE and DACH regions - I am responsible for the advancement of automatic and dynamic pricing solutions.

Diana Zharovskikh

Global Head of Category Management and Pricing for On-demand Grocer


Diana is a grocery retail expert with 10+ years of experience in the industry, currently working as a Global Head of Category management and pricing for On-demand Grocery division at Deliveroo. Diana is responsible for setting value strategy for Deliveroo grocery business as well as working on optimising ranges and merchandising for Deliveroo partners. Before joining Deliveroo, Diana worked as a Pricing and category management consultant at dunnhumby advising such brands as Unilever, Mars Food, Premier foods and retailer brands like Tesco, Coop Denmark and Coop Norway. Prior to that Diana worked in the Strategy and category management teams in the Retail helping to unlock operational improvements as well as implement price optimisation software.

Sheetal Chavan

Commercial Pricing Lead


Sheetal is a Commercial Pricing Lead at Zalando in Berlin and is currently working on pricing strategy to move away from discount driven growth towards a more sustainable growth by de-averaging the investments on customer segmentation due to changing market and economic conditions (that is, changing demands and inflation). Her efforts have been directed towards moving away from manual discounting for non-seasonal articles towards algorithmic discounts.  Before Zalando, she introduced dynamic pricing for a digital movers and packers platform, and further refined surge pricing for a private ride-hailing company. She has also successfully also set-up cross-functional pricing teams of technical and commercial backgrounds. She introduced and implemented a monetisation strategy that resulted in an incremental revenue growth of 49% in the ride-hailing company. Sheetal has her MBA from IE Business School, Spain and Bocconi School of Management, Italy and with a diverse background with strong communication skills and business acumen. She is also a certified yoga and meditation teacher.

Mendoza is also a Researcher in Strategic and Global pricing, Retail Technologies, Consumer Behavior, and Pricing Research methodologies. He had international roles in Latin America, Europe, and the USA in over 50 countries.  Dr. Mendoza has presented at global conferences in Latin America, Europe, and the USA.
