Prior to focusing on pricing, Jacob held roles in finance and sales, giving him a broad commercial perspective.
In his current role, Jacob leads a global pricing team at Danfoss, driving price optimization strategies that support business growth worldwide. He holds a Master’s degree in International Business from Aarhus University and has been a Certified Pricing Professional since 2018.

Richard has also worked for more than 20 years in various positions at Air France-KLM, including 6 years at Revenue Management Pricing, an industry reference.

As the Frame Agreement and Pricing Manager for Europe at Emerson, I am responsible for developing, executing, and optimizing pricing strategies across key industries, while overseeing the commercial aspects of contractual agreements.
I’m acting as a strategic liaison between the sales organization, legal, and finance departments, ensuring alignment with established pricing principles and corporate directives. I recently designed and implemented a standardized process for managing frame agreement commercials.
Prior to my current position, I led the European Business Analysis Team, I can leverage that experience by developing pricing analytics and price realization models.
