Daniel Cho is the Head of the Strategic Pricing Centre of Excellence for Philips Healthcare, a €14B global business. Daniel is passionate about Value-Based Pricing and Selling and about leveraging advanced Insights and Analytics to empower business and pricing leaders in driving sustainable and profitable growth.  Before leading Pricing, Daniel held roles in management consulting, sales development, product management, and marketing intelligence, and has been a long-standing advocate for competitive intelligence within the company.

Jacob has over 15 years of experience working with pricing in large multinational B2B companies. He specializes in designing pricing concepts and implementing pricing software to enable value-based pricing across global markets and diverse sales channels. Prior to focusing on pricing, Jacob held roles in finance and sales, giving him a broad commercial perspective. 

In his current role, Jacob leads a global pricing team at Danfoss, driving price optimization strategies that support business growth worldwide. He holds a Master’s degree in International Business from Aarhus University and has been a Certified Pricing Professional since 2018.

Gabor Kapus is in charge of the business transformation deployment for commercial policy, pricing and quotation at Schneider Electric. The program creates the link from strategy to channel management, to commercial policy, to pricing and to quotation. It touches many aspects of the way we do business in the field and connect to digitized processes, IT platforms and data objects. These days, Schneider Electric is transforming its operations and the mission is to be the digital partner for sustainability and efficiency for our customers. This journey brings us to sell more solutions, more services and the way we price and quote is under constant evolution.  

During the 30+ years of professional experience, Gabor held positions in pricing and finance, in various geographies (Hungary, France, China and Russia). His carrier is balanced between operational experience and corporate change management projects. As a leader of the company, to sustain the businesses, he is keeping special attention on Digital, Continuing Education, Adaptability and Change Management.

Richard Sztajn is Group Pricing Director for Euromaster, an European Tyre Services & Vehicle Maintenance Specialist.

Euromaster is a wholly-owned Michelin Group subsidiary, with a network of 2.700 integrated and franchised service centres in 18 European countries.

Richard has also worked for more than 20 years in various positions at Air France-KLM, including 6 years at Revenue Management Pricing, an industry reference.

Being a Private Pilot, he's still passionate about aviation and travels. When he is not airborne, he enjoys spending time with his family.

I hold a degree in Physics from the University of Oxford, where my passion for analytical thinking and quantitative modelling was formed. Building on this foundation, I spent 14 years in the strategy practice of a leading global consulting firm, specializing in pricing, analytics, and data-driven decision-making. For the past six years, I have been leading Group Pricing at Wacker Neuson, a manufacturer of construction equipment. My team drives the company’s pricing and analytics agenda – from monitoring global price execution to developing and implementing advanced sales and pricing methods and processes that connect data insight with business impact.
