Until recently, he spent 17 years at Unilever, with his last role as Global Director for Revenue Growth Management, leading RGM strategy and deployment across ALL markets and ALL business groups of Unilever globally. It was a big role, managing RGM incremental turnover of nearly $2bn. Over the past year, although operating independently, the majority of my projects have continued to be with Unilever — supporting Beauty & Wellbeing, Nutrition, and Ice Cream businesses on strategic RGM projects.
In parallel, he has been part of the Bain Advisor Network, collaborating on RGM projects across markets in South Asia.

Vanessa Gomez is a senior commercial leader with over 10 years of experience in RGM, pricing strategy and commercial transformation across global FMCG organizations. She brings deep expertise across all the RGM pillars which includes pricing, promotion, assortment, trade terms, and mix management, driving value-based and sustainable growth. She has led regional and market-level initiatives to drive sustainable growth through data-led decision making, value-based pricing, and capability building.
Prior to Kellanova, Vanessa held regional roles at Mondelez in the AMEA region and at Mars as RGM Manager for SEA. She is recognized for translating analytics into actionable strategies and influencing senior stakeholders across diverse markets. Vanessa is highly familiar with the Asia market landscape, regional market dynamics, competitor behaviour, and complex pricing environments across Asia.

She spent almost a decade in P&G, with experiences in Commercial, Finance, and Revenue Growth Management, before joining L’Oréal 6 years ago to set up the RGM function in the region. Currently the Category Business Development Director of CPD SAPMENA at L’Oréal, she leads the regional teams in strategizing RGM, accelerating category growth with beauty thought leadership and strong retailer partnerships, and executing with excellence the in-store activations and merchandising plans.
