Before joining PepsiCo, Paul was consultant for BCG and spent his early career at PwC & ASDA/Wal*Mart. He holds an MBA from the AGSM in Sydney and is a qualified management accountant. He lives outside London with his wife Mitali, and their two children.

I currently lead several digital PODs at Kraft Heinz to build revenue management, marketing, demand planning, and sales cloud-based, AI-powered applications. Previously, she managed the personal care business and created Auchan’s e-commerce platform.
