Paul has been with PepsiCo for 15 years, starting in RGM / Commercial in the UK business before holding European roles across Commercial, Strategy, Consumer Insights & Digital Transformation.

Before joining PepsiCo, Paul was consultant for BCG and spent his early career at PwC & ASDA/Wal*Mart. He holds an MBA from the AGSM in Sydney and is a qualified management accountant. He lives outside London with his wife Mitali, and their two children.

Economist & Statistician by training, with 15 years of experience in data analytics and forecasting, I’m passionate about how AI can transform our lives. My past experience ranges from macroeconomic research and strategy in the investment management industry, to revenue growth management and predictive analytics digital tools development in the FMCG industry. I currently lead several digital PODs at Kraft Heinz to build revenue management, marketing, demand planning, and sales cloud-based, AI-powered applications. Our digital products use advanced machine learning models and cloud-based technology to improve our forecasting performance, optimize our pricing, assortment, and promotional plans, integrating Big Data, and incorporating insights from economic theory and behavioral economics to transform how the company operates.
