Paul is currently VP of Global Revenue Growth Management at PepsiCo, leading the transformation & digitalization of RGM across all markets & categories globally.

Paul has been with PepsiCo for 15 years, starting in RGM / Commercial in the UK business before holding European roles across Commercial, Strategy, Consumer Insights & Digital Transformation.

Before joining PepsiCo, Paul was consultant for BCG and spent his early career at PwC & ASDA/Wal*Mart. He holds an MBA from the AGSM in Sydney and is a qualified management accountant. He lives outside London with his wife Mitali, and their two children.
