Pricing & Analytics Manager at Frit Ravich, a leading company in food distribution in Spain. I lead the Pricing & Analytics team aiming to optimize and increase the revenue of the company implementing actions based on price, promotion and all related with P&L. We have developed our new Pricing policy and have set up the strategy and tactics needed to manage pricing in terms of KPIs, visualization, processes as well as establish a revenue culture in the company.

I studied Business Administration and I hold an Executive Master in Business Analytics at Esade Business School. I also participate as a mentor at Esade in Digital Mindset subject related to technology and digitalization.
