Marbls Tender Simulation Game: “Tender Nation” – from Planning to Winning


This pricing & tendering training workshop is designed for tendering professionals to help to understand how to improve their tender business by conducting an interactive Simulation Game.
Marbls’ Tender Simulation Game ‘Tender-Nation’ runs multiple scenarios in a competitive environment of several manufacturers with different profiles & capabilities but the same objective of winning the tender business – sustainably over time! The group will be split in teams by company and compete in multiple tender scenarios/waves. No prior knowledge of simulated market environment is needed, and the focus will be on data and analysis for decision-making, while applying your business sense and acumen. It’s an interactive session with facilitation of debriefs per wave and lessons learned.
