Nicolas Tricca is Digital Head for Tender Management and Strategic Planning at Sanofi in Lyon. He leads a team of fifteen building digital, analytics and GenAI solutions for Sanofi’s tender business across its
global business units, which covers around €9 billion in related sales. He has spent more than 23 years at Sanofi, mostly in its vaccines business. There he led data and digital initiatives, ran regional demand management and S&OP for China, Japan and Asia-Pacific, and headed industrial supply chain across eight plants. He began his career in manufacturing, leading a production unit at Beiersdorf and industrialising new processes at FCI Electronics. He is an engineer by training.
