Karolina Bieniek is Strategic Tender Innovation Lead at Sanofi in Lyon. She leads the strategy for Sanofi’s tender digital ecosystem, building data analytics and GenAI capabilities, and develops upskilling programmes and digital tools for tender teams. She has spent more than fourteen years at Sanofi, almost all of it in vaccines. As Global Vaccines Trade Head she ran the worldwide review of commercial policy, managed global key accounts and led the development of new business models, including e-commerce. Before that she held global and regional marketing roles at Sanofi Pasteur covering Africa, the Middle East, Eastern Europe and Asia-Pacific. She holds an engineering and master’s degree in Management and Technology from Lodz University of Technology and completed an international business programme at emlyon business school.
