Alexandra Hoos is Market Access Lead at Labatec Pharma SA in Geneva, where she holds full responsibility for the market access strategy across the company’s entire Swiss product portfolio. She joined Labatec more than four years ago as Market Access and Medical Affairs Lead, a dual role that subsequently evolved into a dedicated market access position.
Alexandra has over 13 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry, predominantly in oncology, and combines commercial, medical, and market access expertise. Prior to Labatec, she spent nearly nine years with the healthcare business of Merck in Switzerland. She began her career there as Oncology Key Account Manager in Zug, then transitioned into medical affairs as Medical Advisor Oncology, before serving almost four years as Market Access Manager. Across her roles at Merck and Labatec, she has accumulated more than eight years of market access experience.
A molecular biologist by training, Alexandra holds a Diploma in Biology from Johannes Gutenberg University Mainz and completed an Erasmus exchange at Cardiff University.
