Welcome

13h00 - 14h00
Workshop 1

Harnessing Insights to Drive Patient Affordability and Sustainable Pricing

Against the backdrop of several macro trends shaping the pharmaceutical pricing landscape, this session will focus on how to optimize patient-centric pricing and access while safeguarding internal KPIs.

We will explore how insights can be leveraged to improve patient affordability, and how these affordability insights can support the creation of robust and tailored pricing strategies that drive sustainable value.

Hosted by Dimitri David – Director – Monitor Deloitte

14h10 - 15h10
Workshop 2

Step into the negotiation: Pharma and Payers in a Real-World Pricing Challenge

This interactive workshop puts you directly in the shoes of a pharma market access team or a national payer. Participants will split into two sides, receive confidential briefing packs, and first define their strategy – opening offers, red lines, and possible concessions.

Then the negotiations begin. Pharma teams present their case, payer teams push back, and both sides have limited time to strike a deal that works. Afterward, teams regroup to compare outcomes and share learnings.

With access to simulation tools to test scenarios along the way, this session brings the realities of pricing and access negotiations to life. Practical, hands-on, and highly engaging.

Hosted by Lyfegen

Workshop 3

Data to Revenue in 60 Minutes: A Pharma & MedTech Sprint

In this workshop, we will explore how life sciences companies can capture value from data services, moving from inspiration to concrete concept development, leaving with a practical toolkit and a clear first step.

  • Get inspired: Walk through use cases like RWE licensing, connected-device services or clinical-data partnerships to see what worked, how value was proven, which pricing models were used, and what are the pitfalls to avoid.
  • Apply it to your world: Use a one-page “Data Monetization Canvas” to map your data assets to customer problems, define the value hypothesis, list compliance/ethics guardrails, and shortlist 2–3 viable monetization approaches.
  • Shape a go-to-market mini-plan: Draft an offer (packaging & access), pick a pricing model (subscription, usage, outcome-based…), identify value-add partners and define where to start.

Hosted by Simon Murzeau – Partner – EY – Parthenon

16h40 - 17h40
Workshop 4
