Passionate about building high-performing teams and guiding change, Henar has a record of driving profitable growth in the global manufacturing sector.

With over 20 years of experience, she has held leadership roles in Pricing, Strategic Marketing, and Demand Planning at major manufacturing companies, including Gates, Ingersoll Rand, and Bobcat.

Henar holds an MBA from Solvay Business School and a degree in Business Administration.
