Cantekin Ünlü is an accomplished professional with a strong background in Revenue Growth Management, Category Management and Customer Development. Currently serving as the "Head of RGM & Transformation for Ice Cream, Asia" at Unilever he oversees operations across multiple countries, including China, Thailand, Indonesia and the Philippines. In his previous role as the "Senior Global Revenue Growth Management Lead" at Unilever, he played a pivotal role in shaping global RGM strategies, enhancing organizational capabilities, developing innovative automated tools, and integrating AI into data models. Cantekin's experience also includes his tenure as "Managing Director for the Caucasus & Central Asia" region, where he managed complete P&Ls and led Business Leadership Teams across six countries, achieving significant growth during such a time of COVID-19 combined with political and military turmoil. An active member of Bilkent University's Faculty of Business Administration Board of Advisors, Cantekin is dedicated to the education of future generations and contributing to curriculum strategies of his "Alma Mater" and running mentorship programs with senior students. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree with honours from Bilkent University and is proficient in multiple languages. His professional journey is marked by numerous awards and recognitions, reflecting his contributions and leadership in the industry.

Riccardo Vetrugno is Revenue Director at Exoticca, the leading traveltech platform for multi-day tour packages, where he’s in charge of creating a new revenue management department and of developing a customised Revenue Management System from scratch. His interest in pricing stems from his Business Administration & Marketing studies, where he researched the RM of airlines and advance selling practices. He gained more than 12 years of professional experience in the leading Italian price comparison website (Facile.it), helping build a new business unit, then in the RM department of Avis Budget Group, managing the Italian and Iberian markets, before joining Exoticca in 2022.

Florian Bauer, PhD, studied Psychology and Economics at the Technical University in Darmstadt, at MIT, and at Harvard University. He has devoted himself to research into behavioral economics and the psychology of pricing. 1999 he co-founded Vocatus AG in Munich, an internationally operating pricing consulting company. Since then, he and his team focused on systematically translating Behavioral Economics insights into a completely new pricing framework that proved to be superior to classic approaches in several hundred pricing and sales projects around the globe. In 2024, Vocatus became part of Accenture where Florian now acts as Managing Director responsible for growing the pricing strategy business internationally. Besides his consulting engagements, he is an honorary professor at the Technical University of Munich.

Andy brings over 22 years of experience working across Europe in key roles at Publicis, Kantar, Unilever, Innocent, and Smartbox, gaining deep expertise across the entire FMCG supply chain. With a strong background in customer development, media mix modeling, econometrics, and continuous datasets, Andy has collaborated with most major European retailers.
For the past eight years, he has led product development at Smartbox, the world’s largest gift experience company. Currently, Andy heads the FMCG & Retail verticals at EPIC Conjoint, where he has successfully delivered projects for both startups and blue-chip clients such as Danone, Heineken, Pepsico, Unilever, Kraft, and Smartbox.
In addition to his industry work, Andy serves as a Professor of Pricing Strategy at the Smurfit Business School, University College Dublin. This year he has presented at events including the European Pricing Platform (EPP), the International Private Label Conference (IPLC), Pricing for the Planet, and the Efficient Consumer Response Forum (ECR).
