Cantekin Ünlü is an accomplished professional with a strong background in Revenue Growth Management, Category Management and Customer Development. Currently serving as the "Head of RGM & Transformation for Ice Cream, Asia" at Unilever he oversees operations across multiple countries, including China, Thailand, Indonesia and the Philippines. In his previous role as the "Senior Global Revenue Growth Management Lead" at Unilever, he played a pivotal role in shaping global RGM strategies, enhancing organizational capabilities, developing innovative automated tools, and integrating AI into data models. Cantekin's experience also includes his tenure as "Managing Director for the Caucasus & Central Asia" region, where he managed complete P&Ls and led Business Leadership Teams across six countries, achieving significant growth during such a time of COVID-19 combined with political and military turmoil. An active member of Bilkent University's Faculty of Business Administration Board of Advisors, Cantekin is dedicated to the education of future generations and contributing to curriculum strategies of his "Alma Mater" and running mentorship programs with senior students. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree with honours from Bilkent University and is proficient in multiple languages. His professional journey is marked by numerous awards and recognitions, reflecting his contributions and leadership in the industry.

She takes a data-driven approach to advancing pricing maturity in global organizations through the design and implementation of pricing strategies, insightful analytics, process improvements, and innovative technologies. Passionate about building high-performing teams and guiding change, Henar has a record of driving profitable growth in the global manufacturing sector.
With over 20 years of experience, she has held leadership roles in Pricing, Strategic Marketing, and Demand Planning at major manufacturing companies, including Gates, Ingersoll Rand, and Bobcat.
Henar holds an MBA from Solvay Business School and a degree in Business Administration.

Riccardo Vetrugno is Revenue Director at Exoticca, the leading traveltech platform for multi-day tour packages, where he’s in charge of creating a new revenue management department and of developing a customised Revenue Management System from scratch. His interest in pricing stems from his Business Administration & Marketing studies, where he researched the RM of airlines and advance selling practices. He gained more than 12 years of professional experience in the leading Italian price comparison website (Facile.it), helping build a new business unit, then in the RM department of Avis Budget Group, managing the Italian and Iberian markets, before joining Exoticca in 2022.

Pedro is a professional with more than 10 years of work experience in Strategic Pricing and Revenue/Yield Management at worldwide companies from Industrial Engineering, Travel & Leisure and Transportation & Mobility markets. He holds a bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering and MBA degree in Technologies for Business: AI, Data Science and Big Data. Pedro is one of the co-authors of the book “Pricing Architects” and he writes a monthly column about Pricing Strategy and Technology for the Aprix Journal. He also participated as a speaker in several events from organisations such as the Professional Pricing Society and European Pricing Platform. Currently I am working as a Head of Pricing & Traffic Monetization at Omio, a German unicorn which provides an online travel comparison and booking platform based in Berlin.

More than ten years of experience in data analysis, revenue management and pricing policies. Devoted to improving the processes of the company by means of a keen eye for data, for their relationship with revenue and capable to identify the right tools to manage, correct and improve the approaches of different people to different problems.
After significant experiences in Italo and Rome Airports now he works in Itabus, a company born in 2019 with the scope to become the first bus operator. He defined, from scratch, the pricing strategy and promotional plan.
