She has spent more than sixteen years at Lilly, moving from account management and quality improvement into pricing and access. She led price, reimbursement and access for Lilly\u2019s autoimmune portfolio in Italy and worked as a payer strategist at subnational level, launching products in autoimmune disease and migraine. She later represented European payer perspectives on early-stage pipeline assets and business development deals in Lilly\u2019s international new product planning team. Before her current role she was Senior Director for Diabetes and Biomedicine.
